Vegan Baked Mac and Cheese

This is a recipe I happen to be proud of, it takes very little effort to make for how good it is and it utilizes my vegan cheese sauce recipe to do so. I used a pasta that was both oganic and non-gmo project verified, then baked it at 400 degrees F for just a few minutes as this cheese crusts just like other cheese sauces have.


If you have gone vegan, or can't eat dairy because of health reasons such as an allergy or endometriosis, hormones/pesticides, This is one of the dishes you've daydreamed about. All of us, in the US, grew up with some kind of macaroni and cheese dish. It's often the first comfort food people talk about.


But now you can do more than think about it, you can make it an main course and get lots of veggies on your plate, something that can't be said of the traditional recipes, even homemade ones.
