The wonderful thing about people becoming more aware about where their food comes from, is the delight in finding out the grocery store is so beyond disconnected from nature, they aren't showing the whole picture. Meaning we have thousands and thousands of food to choose from. Real food, like purple cauliflower, glass corn, and charmingly shaped white and blue tomatoes. Also, green is a color not a state of ripeness for tomatoes. Wow, theres so much to go over. Let's go back to the cauliflower.

I've always liked cauliflower well enough, but I don't buy it, it's not all that flavorful at the store. But last year when I grew celery, and found out how differently it tastes homegrown, I realized, tomatoes aren't the only produce that tastes so much better when I grow the produce myself. Heirlooms are an amazing thing, and this is the first time I have gotten cauliflower for my yard. But I realized I didn't have enough room to grow them so I ate the sprouts instead, and you wont believe what I found out.

Only one sprout had a bigger and better flavor than the grocery store full grown heads.

I have to find room to grow them now.
