Cheese Substitutes are nothing new, we've all had oily cheese blocks or slices, and Mac and Cheese powder from a box. So why not eat food instead of a food like substance. There's no dairy, artificial hormones, pesticides, soy, or nutritional yeast in this recipe. It's all non-gmo project verified. Also, you may have everything you need in your kitchen.

This recipe is so simple I am amazed at the flavor. It tastes like cheese, it's own cheese, not quite cheddar, or blue, but amazing for dipping carrots and fries.

Two medium red potatoes

2 cloves Sinnamahone garlic, gourmet garlic or fresh elephant "garlic"

1 cup water divided

4-5 baby carrots (yellow or white preferred)

1/4-1/2 C tomato Juice

(Himalayan and Sea) Salt to taste

1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar

Yeah! You're gonna get cheesy food from actual food you know.

Slightly saute potatoes whole or chopped, into coconut oil for a

few minutes, turn it off, then add water carefully into the pot

along with the carrots and 1 garlic clove, the other you'll add at

the end when its pureed. Boil the potatoes until tender and

add a bit more water in the blender, I use the one linked next

to the recipe; But add all the water from the pot into the blender.

Add apple cider vinegar
