Meet your Vegetable Match Meatloaf

We all love reliving our favorite dishes, but things change. We realize the importance of a safe food supply. Not just for the planet or us, but for animal welfare.
So when we crave the old meatloaf, we turn to an array of vegetables to class up this dish.

Preheat the oven to 350 ºF cook for 30-45 minutes or until brown and firm
mix the following ingredients
1 C boiled lentils
1/2 C non-gmo organic beans
1 clove organic Inchelium Garlic
1 medium organic onion
3/4 C steel oats cooked and pureed
1 C sheep cheese or vegetarian/vegan cheese recipe
1 egg
5 ounces organic non-gmo tomato puree
1 tbs fresh organic basil
dash of organic cinnamon
1 tsp pink salt
pepper/parsley optional
